Telstra buys DCA Health

Recently Telstra aquired DCA (Database Consultants Australia) Health in a move to increase their presence in the health sector.
The reason this is interesting to me is that DCA Health were the owners of Connectingcare (which was part of this deal). Connectingcare is a project that I was heavily involved in for over 10 years. I was the only programmer on the project for most of this time and I was the one who developed the webservice that provided the messaging gateway that delivered secure messages between health agencies. The website still retains the original design that I implemented a number of years ago. I was actually employed by DCA for about 12 months after they took over the running of the Connectingcare project.
The deal between Telstra and DCA includied a number of other projects as well, including Argus and TCM, which I had also developed interfaces for. According to the ZDNet article, the price paid could have been up to $40M, not a bad deal for DCA I think as they acquire Connectingcare for basically nothing.
